Delivery costs are added to the product prices as displayed.
We only dispatch goods en route; pick up by the customer is not possible.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping to Germany takes place with our logistics partner DHL and approximately takes 3-5 days within Germany. We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Shipping within Europe takes approximately 5-8 days.
You can track your shipment with your shipment number. You will receive this by email from our shipping partner DHL.
Instructions on cancellation
Consumers have a 14 days right to cancel.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Dreimonde GmbH, An der Motte 3, 52372 Kreuzau, Deutschland, email@example.com, Phone: 49 2421 388 9518) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The following payment methods are basically available in our online shop.
You provide your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing your order.
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed by PayPal after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions in the ordering process.
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”) we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise specified below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information is provided with the respective payment option and in the ordering process.
We produce in limited and small quantities. As soon as an item is sold out, you can send us a request via e-mail (email@example.com) and you will be the first to be informed if/when it becomes available again.
Botany + Aroma:
Our skincare products are organic and made of natural ingredients, so please keep them in a room temperature under 25° C, otherwise they may melt or become rancid. If in use, make sure to finish them within 6 months of time. Make sure to read the safety instructions on the products before using.
Fabric + Paper:
- Wash on a normal cycle up to a temperature of 30° C
- Do not treat with bleach, i.e. it should only be washed with color and mild detergents
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
Minerals + Elements:
Our candles are made of 70% organic ingredients, so please keep away from heat over 60° C and/or direct sunlight, the candle may melt/deform or cause frosting (whitish patches on the wax). Please don’t leave candles while burning unattended and read the safety instructions thoroughly.
Our Home Living accessories are not dish washer safe. In case of cleaning, use a soft rag with a little bit of water to rinse carefully – no chemicals needed!
